Welcome to Grace!  It is with great excitement that I begin my ministry career here.  I am eager to meet as many of you as I can! 

I was very fortunate to have had a number of positive experiences in my life with those I came into contact with during my ministry experience throughout high school and college.  Some of the best memories I have are from friendships I made and people that I got to know during those experiences.  My prayer is that God would allow the same to happen amongst the youth and families of Grace.  Whether it’s hanging out, going on a mission trip, sitting and talking with friends, or just saying a hello in passing on a Sunday morning, may God reach out and meet you where you are, and may God place a desire in your heart to reach out to others and do the same.  These positive relationships are what hold us up in our daily lives.

The following is a paraphrase of one of my favorite bible verses, Matthew 5:16.  May we all hear its message and carry the flame to all that we meet.

“You all make the world visible.  You bring light.  You can’t camouflage a fireworks display.  You don’t put floodlights behind a brick wall, so don’t pull curtains across the good things that brighten up people’s lives.  Let them see it.  And get God some great reviews for what he’s done in your dark corners.”
